ORDINANCE NO. 18.261
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO
ORDINANCE NO. 17,970 AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED MANGAN - SHORT -FORM
PCD (Z -6627) LOCATED AT 2011 N. VAN BUREN
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Ordinance No. 17,970
passed on April 6, 1999 inadvertently rezoned the entirety of
Lots 8 and 9, Block 27, Newton Addition to the City of Little
Rock from C -3 to PCD; and
WHEREAS, the property owner authorized only a portion of
the property to be rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,970 passed on April 6,
1999 be amended to reduce the amount of property to be rezoned
for a Planned Zoning Development described as Mangan - Short -
Form PCD (Z- 6627).
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -3 to PCD.
The North 53 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 27,
Newton Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Mangan (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
