AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS FOR
LOTS 4, AND 5 BLOCK 30, BROCK ADDITION (Z- 6801),
LOCATED AT 3218 LEEDS STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Zoning Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock
for Lots 4, and 5, Brock Addition, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 36 -85(d) requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for right -of -way dedication under the
buildings as shown on sketch on corner of Asher Avenue and Leeds Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
