AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED ROBERTSON - SHORT -
FORM POD (Z -6808) LOCATED AT 14109 TAYLOR
LOOP ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
Part of the NW '4 of the NE 14 of Section 19, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said NW '4 NE '4 of
Section 19; thence run N00 045' East a distance of
206.5 feet to a point; thence due East a distance
of 24 feet to an iron pipe on the East right -of-
way line of Taylor Loop Road, the point of
beginning; thence run due East a distance of 394.0
feet to an iron pipe; thence run N00 °45' East a
distance of 103.0 feet; thence run due West a
distance of 394.0 feet to an iron pipe on the East
right -of -way line of Taylor Loop Road; thence run
S00 045' West along said East right -of -way line a
distance of 103.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Robertson (Short -Form POD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
