5 ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
6 - COMMERCIAL TITLED HERTZ
7 EQUIPMENT RENTAL - LONG -FORM PD -C
8 (Z -6807) LOCATED AT 10800 INTERSTATE 30
9 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
10 AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
11 ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
12 ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
13 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
14 ROCK, ARKANSAS.
15 SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed
16 from R -2 to PD -C.
17 Part of the Northeast '/4 of the Northwest '/4, and part of the Southeast '/< of the
18 Northwest 1/4, all in Section 3, T -I -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
19 being more particularly described as follows:
20 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southeast %4 of the Northwest '/<; thence
21 North 01'49'54" East 40.03 feet; thence North 01 '36'54" East 404.59 feet; thence
22 North 89 °37'19" East 450.00 feet; thence South 01 '38'04" West 403.03 feet to a
23 point on the Northeasterly right -of -way line of Interstate Highway No. 30; thence
24 along said right -of -way line South 66 °29'24" West 83.98 feet; thence continuing
25 along said right -of -way lime South 23 °30'36" East 50.00 feet; thence continuing along
26 said right -of -way line South 66 °2924" East 437.08 feet; thence North Of °49'54" East
27 209.26 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.657 acres, more or less.
28 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended
29 by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
30 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Hertz Equipment
31 Rental (Long -Form PD -C) is condition upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified

by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the
plan.
