AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - OFFICE TITLED ILODIANYA -
SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 5686 -A) LOCATED AT
4807 BALLINGER ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
Part of Tract 1, Leigh - Butler Acres, a Subdivision
of part of Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is 525 feet South and
135 feet West of the NE corner of said Tract 1,
Leigh - Butler Acres; thence West parallel with the
South line of said Tract, 100 feet; thence North
parallel with the East line of said Tract, 377
feet to the North line of said Tract; thence in a
Northeasterly direction along the North line of
said Tract, 122 feet; thence South parallel to the
East line of said Tract, 443 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated -for Ilodianya (Short -Form PD -O) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
