AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
17,339 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED STAMAR DRIVING RANGE -
LONG -FORM PCD (Z -6178) LOCATED AT
9222 STAGECOACH ROAD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,339 was passed on December 17,
1996 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning
classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,339 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification PCD -
Planned Commercial District titled Stamar Driving Range -
Long -Form PCD located at 9222 Stagecoach Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Part of the West ;I of the NE 14 of Section 5, T -1-
S, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
Begin at a point 18.6 feet South of the SW corner
of the NW 4 of the NE 'a of said Section 5; thence
North along the West line of said NW 4, NE 14 a
distance of 811.70 feet; thence S89 023' East
851.85 feet; thence S05 °09' West 131.6 feet;
thence S47 °33' East 291.5 feet; thence S20 027'
West 55 feet; thence S68 °27' East 228.25 feet to
the West line of Stagecoach Road; thence S28 056'
West along said West line of Stagecoach Road for
464.30 feet to a point 14.5 feet South of the
South line of the NW 4 of the NE 'mss; thence
westerly to the Point of Beginning. (9222

Be restored to R -2 Single Family District as existed
prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 17,339.

SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock that there is immediate
need to revoke the Staniar Driving Range - Long -Form PCD in
order to rezone a portion of the property to PCD for other
purposes. An emergency is therefore declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and
after its passage and approval.
