AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCES REQUIREMENTS FOR
COMMERCE SQUARE (S- 1115 -A) LOCATED AT
NORTHEAST CORNER OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND
WEST 65T" STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Commerce Square, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201 requiring developer to construct curb and gutter
along University Avenue be waived. The specific waiver is for University Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
