18222ORDINANCE NO. 18 2.2 2 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT TITLED BRYELS - REVISED PCD (Z- 6788), LOCATED AT 8510 COLONEL MILLER ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 16,161 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 16,161 passed on February 4, 1992, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Bryels - Revised PCD (Z- 6788); SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD: Part of the SE 14 SE 'a of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 14, SE 'a, Section 31; thence N89 045127 11W along the North line of said SE 14, SE ;a 105.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S00 010123 "W 466.86 feet; thence N89 040107 11W 345.0 feet; thence N00 006115 "E 16.0 feet; thence N89 °40'07 "W 209.451; thence N00 006115 11E 450.0 feet to a point on the North line of said SE ;a, SE 4; thence S89 045127 11E along the North line of said SE 14, SE 4 555.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.86 acres, more or less. Ea , A roadway for ingress and egress, said roadway being 30 feet in width, 15 feet each side of the centerline of an existing roadway, the centerline of said roadway being more particularly described as: 0 • Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 'i, SE 14, Section 31; thence N89 045127 11W along the North line of said SE 4, SE ;a 25.0 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Colonel Miller Road; thence S00 011145 11W along the West right -of -way line of said Colonel Miller Road; 211.0 feet to the centerline of the said roadway; thence S86 °39129 11W along the centerline of said roadway 79.94 feet to a point which is S00 010123 11W 216.0 feet from the North line of said SE 4, SE ;4 and the termination of said roadway. SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Bryels - Revised PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
