182180 0 ORDINANCE NO. i u,�218 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS REQUIREMENTS AND DRIVEWAY SPACING FOR KROGER FOOD STORE (Z -6777) LOCATED AT 1816 POLK STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Kroger Food Store, as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -201 requiring boundary street improvements to Master Street Plan be waived. The specific waiver is for Cantrell Road frontage for street widening only. Sidewalk construction will be required. Subsection b. That Chapter 31 -210 limiting access points every 250 feet along commercial frontage be waived. The specific waiver is for Taylor and Polk Streets to allow driveways as approved by PCD site plan. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
