AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL
WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PRIEST SUBDIVISION (S- 1269),
LOCATED AT 2519 WILLOW SPRINGS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan
for the City of Little Rock for Priest Subdivision, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 — 143 (E) conditional waiver of boundary street
improvements in accordance with Master Street Plan be approved. Specific conditional
waiver is for minor arterial street improvements including sidewalk for Willow Springs
Road. Until such time property is ever further subdivided or used for a more intense
use.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
