AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED CHILDERS - SHORT -
FORM POD (Z -6786) LOCATED AT 15000
CANTRELL ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
A part of the fractional NW %4, NW 4, Section 19,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as follows:
Commence at a found 5/8" rebar at the NE corner of
said FRL NW 44, NW 44, Sec. 19; thence S88 °37'38 "W
along the monumented North line of said FRL NW 14,
NW 4, a distance of 22.89 feet (call = West, 23
feet) to a found pinched pipe being the point of
beginning; thence SO1 026115 11E, a distance of 376.24
feet to a found 'W" rebar on the Northerly right -of-
way line of State Highway 10; thence N73 044105 11W
along said Northerly right -of -way line a distance
of 201.19 feet to a found '1" rebar; thence
NO1 017137 11W, a distance of 320.35 feet to a found
pinched pipe on the monumented North line of said
FRL. NW 14, NW 4, Section 19; thence S89 °50159 11E
along said monumented North line of the FRL. NW 4,
NW '-s, Section 19, a distance of 190.93 feet to the
Point of Beginning, and containing 1.50 acres
(66,628.08 sq. ft.), more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Childers (Short -Form POD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
