AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY AND
FLOODWAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR
WILLIFORD PCD (Z- 6783), LOCATED AT 15723 KANIS
ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for Williford PCD, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per
the Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for 15 foot right -of-
way dedication on Kanis Road.
Subsection b. That Section 31- 176(I) requiring floodway easement
dedication be deferred. Specific deferral is for floodway at 15,723 Kanis
Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
