18206ORDINANCE NO. 18,206 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED ACCESSIBILITY SPECIALTIES - SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5709 -A) LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF BARROW ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET SOUTH OF LABETTE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from 0-3 to PD -C. Part of the SE 4 SW 4 NW 14 of Section 11, T -1 -N, R- 13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, more particularly described as: Commencing at the SW corner of said SE 4 SW 4 NW 4 of Section 11; thence S88 °36'13" East along the South line of said SE 4 SW 4 NW 4 398.39 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence NO2 °50100" East 252.04 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 2, Barrow Office Addition; thence S88 °36113" East along the South line of said Lot 2 227.0 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Barrow Road; thence SO1 °59124 11W along said right -of -way line 249.70 feet to a point on the South line of said SE % SW % NW 14; thence N88 °0'36" West along the South line of said SE % SW 4 NW ;4 227.42 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.315 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Accessibility Specialties (Short -Form PD -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
