AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED HILLCREST SQUARE -
REVISED PCD (Z- 4251 -A), LOCATED AT 3000
KAVANAUGH BLVD., IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
14,747 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,747 passed on October
2, 1984, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Hillcrest Square - Revised PCD
(Z- 4251 -A);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 54, Pulaski Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Hillcrest Square - Revised PCD is conditioned
upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
