AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING DEFERRAL OF STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CLEAR CHANNEL
BROADCASTING, LOCATED AT 10800 COLONEL
GLENN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan
for the City of Little Rock, for 10800 Colonel Glenn Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -281 be deferral is for Unnamed Collector
street improvements including sidewalk. Deferral is for 5 years or until
adjacent development to the North, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
