ORDINANCE NO. 18,187
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED CHENAL
COMMERCIAL PARK (LOT 3R) - SHORT -FORM PD-
C AND REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (Z- 4470 -B)
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CHENAL
PARKWAY AND WELLINGTON VILLAGE ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from 0-3 to PD -C.
Lot 3, Chenal Commercial Park to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as filed in Plat F-
261.

Part of the NW 4 of the NW ;4 of Section 6, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the NW corner of said NW 14 NW %4,
Section 6; thence S87 039138" East along the North
line of said NW % NW ;a a distance of 424.62 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along
said North line S87 °39138" East 111.28 feet; thence
S02 022118" West 708.86 feet to the North right -of-
way line of Chenal Parkway; thence along said North
right -of -way line N73 057119" West 73.53 feet;
thence continuing along said North right -of -way
line N74 057138" West 36.54 feet; thence NO2 °01113"
East 683.42 feet to the Point of Beginning
containing 1.744 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Chenal Commercial Park (Lot 3R) (Short -Form
PD -C and Revised Preliminary Plat) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
