18166v 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18,166 (i iv i AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED YOUNG - SHORT - FORM PCD (Z -6764) LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COLONEL GLENN AND PRITCHARD MILL ROADS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from C -3 to PCD. Part of the SW k, NW 'd, Section 13, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 'a, NW '4, Section 13; run thence North along West line thereof for 593 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road; thence S780111E along the centerline of said road for 917.6 feet; thence S680381E 278.72 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S680381E 159.68 feet; thence leaving said centerline South along the East line of West 'e, West It, of Section 13, 791.82 feet; thence West 148.70 feet; thence North 850.00 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Young (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5.
