AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED SEVEN ACRES BUSINESS
PARK (LOT 2) - REVISED POD AND
PRELIMINARY PLAT (Z- 5038 -E), LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF SEVEN ACRES DRIVE, SOUTH
OF CANTRELL ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCES NO.
16,319 AND NO. 17,764 AND CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinances No. 16,319 passed on December
15, 1992 and No. 17,764 passed on July 7, 1998, be amended to
provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development
described as Seven Acres Business Park (Lot 2) - Revised POD
and Preliminary Plat (Z- 5038-E).
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from POD to Revised POD.
Lot 2, Seven Acres Business Park, an addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Seven Acres Business Park (Lot 2) - Revised
POD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within
the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION S. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
