AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY 8 -LO
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6762 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section
10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 10; thence S87 °31150" East along the North
line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 42.77 feet; thence
S02 013140" West 447.12 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence S88 °02132" East 305.75 feet; thence S02 024112"
West 227.03 feet; thence N87 °54151" West 291.92 feet
to a point on the East right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road; thence NO2 °13140" East along the
East right -of -way line of Shackleford Road 226.36 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.52 acres, more
or less: From 110-3" General Office to 110-2" Office
and Institutional District. (1219 -1225 South
Shackleford Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
