ORDINANCE NO. 18,159 8 CI AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6739 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of said SE ;i SW 'i; thence West 430.0 feet; thence N00 °451E, 63.0 feet to a point on the North right -o£ -way line of Baseline Road (Arkansas State Highway #338) and the point of beginning; thence N00045'E, 267.0 feet; thence West 117.0 feet; thence S000451W, 264.9 feet to a point on the North right -of- way line of Baseline Road; thence S88 °551E along said North right -of -way line, 110.0 feet to the Point of Beginning: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display Commercial. (3710 Baseline Road) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
