AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED HOMES AT
GRANITE MOUNTAIN - LONG -FORM PRD (Z -6641)
LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF GILLIAM PARK
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET SOUTH OF
CONFEDERATE BOULEVARD (HIGHWAY 365) IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R- 2 /R -5 /C -3 to PRD.
Part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, and the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, lying East of Gilliam Park Road,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SE corner NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section
24, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence SO1 052118 "W 815.00 feet to
a point; thence N89 °47'39 "W 537.32 feet to a point;
thence N29 033121 11E 168 feet to a point; thence

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Homes at Granite Mountain (Long -Form PRD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
