ORDINANCE NO. 18,143
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and hereby is changed as indicated.
Z -6616 - Described as the North 1s of Lot 3 Block 406 Duvalls
Addition; from "R -4 ", Two Family Residential to "C -31',
General Commercial District. (407 East 215t Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
suspects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
