181427J ORDINANCE NO. 18,142 721 AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE COLLEGE STATION COMMUNITY WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF BUT WITHIN THREE MILES OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK (EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING) , TO MAKE THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS APPLICABLE THERETO, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (hereafter referred to as the "City ") desires to designate and specify land use zones or districts in the College Station Community which is outside of the City limits (hereafter referred to as the "subject property "). WHEREAS, the City has authority pursuant to state law to zone the subject property which is located outside the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City has properly adopted and filed a land use plan regarding the subject property; and WHEREAS, the City has comprehensive zoning regulations presently in effect regarding property located within corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City has desires to designate zoning districts within the subject property and make the City's comprehensive zoning regulations applicable thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classifications of the following properties be and are hereby established as indicated: Z -6168 - Described as all or parts of Chamber of Commerce Addition, Frisby's Addition, Factoria Addition, Workman's Gardens Addition, Meade's Addition, College Park Addition, Motley Heights Addition, Fletcher's Subdivision, Sam Carter's 0 • Addition; NW 14, NW 4, Section 19, T -1 -N, R-11-W; NE 4, NE =4, Section T -1 -N, R -11 -W; and a portion of Factoria Addition lying north of I -440 right - of -way and West of Bankhead Drive in Section 18, 722 T -1 -N, R -11 -W and that portion of the unincorporated area lying North of I -440, South of Fourche Creek and West of Frazier Pike in Section 13, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas from unclassified to R -2 and R- 3 Single Family.
