ORDINANCE NO. 18,139 y
AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 140 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING THERETO
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,295 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City ") passed
and approved the 1st day of December, 1969 established Sewer Improvement District No. 140 of
Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District ").
WHEREAS, the District was formed for the purpose of constructing a sewer system to
connect with the municipal sewer system of the City (the "improvements "); and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been completed and are owned and operated by the
City as a part of the municipal sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the bonds and other obligations of the District, including the District's
Improvements Bonds, have been paid in full and surplus funds have been distributed by the District
to the property owners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,516 of the City, passed and adopted the 19th day of July,
1971 levied a tax on the assessment of benefits of the District (the "Tax "); and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District have requested that the District be dissolved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:

Section 1. That Sewer Improvement District N. 140 of Little Rock, Arkansas
is hereby dissolved

That the Tax shall no longer be extended for collection.
That a certified copy of the Ordinance shall be filed with the
ae County Collator of Pulaski County, Arkansas
That the Commissioners are hereby relieved from further duties.
That Ordinance N. 12295 and Ordinance No. 12516 are hereby
repealed.
All others ordinances and parts there of in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
