AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT COMMERCIAL TITLED REYNOLDS -
SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5426 -A) LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF STAGECOACH AND
SHACKLEFORD ROADS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -1 to PD -C.
A part of the NE ;t of NW 's of Section 27, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 747.98 feet East of the SW
corner of said NE 14, NW 4, Section 27, said point
being on the East right -of -way of Shackleford
Road; thence N55 °51'33 "W, 171.68 feet along the
East right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence
N0059'W, 114.56 feet; thence N890001E, 373.26
feet to a point on the West right -of -way of
Stagecoach Road; thence S230311W, 239.26 feet
along the West right -of -way of Stagecoach Road;
thence N89009'W, 133.7 feet to a point on the
Easterly right -o£ -way of Shackleford Road to the
point of beginning and containing 1.43 acres more
or less. Subject to any /all records of
easements.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Reynolds (Short -Form PD -C) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 670
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
