AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED MOORE - SHORT -
FORM PCD (Z -6745) LOCATED AT 17503 LAWSON
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
A part of the NE '4 SE 4, Section 23, T -1 -N, R -14-
W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said NE k SE k;
thence N89001'W, 1,085.0 feet; thence
N18 012'40 11E, 693.11 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N64 037118 "W, 173.41 feet;
thence N23 °24101 "E, 299.91 feet to the South
right -of -way of Lawson Road; thence S56 027'23 "E,
along said South right -of -way, 150.27 feet;
thence S18 012140 11W, 280.63 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 1.06 acres, more or less.
Subject to a road and utility easement over the
West 25 feet of the above described property.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Moore (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
