AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY
DEDICATION FOR JOHNSON PD -C, LOCATED AT 1908
GREEN MEADOW DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Johnson PD -C, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication in
accordance with Master Street Plan be waived. Specific waiver is for 5 feet
of right -of -way dedication for Green Meadow Drive and West 2W, Street
and excludes 20 -foot radial dedication requirement.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
