AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY �+
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, E I Z
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6716 - Described
the North ',t of the
Section 12, T -1 -S,
this tract being 6
and 330 feet deep;
General Commercial
as the West It of the West 1 acre of
NE ;4 of the NW 14 of the NW 14,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
5 feet frontage on Mabelvale Cut -Off
from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
District. (7401 Mabelvale Cut -Off)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
