AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLY
SOULS CHURCH CUP (Z- 4184 -A).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for Holy Souls
Church, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -175 requiring sidewalk to be constructed within the
right -of -way adjacent to property line be waived. Specific waiver is for parts of
Harrison, "H" Street, Polk and Tyler Streets.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
