AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED CHENAL ACURA
- LONG -FORM PD -C (Z -6720) LOCATED NEAR
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY
AND KIRK ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from MF- 18/0-2 to PD -C.
Part of the NE 4, NE 'y, Section 1, T -1 -N, R -14 -W,
and part of the SE 4, SE 4, Section 36, T -2 -N, R-
14-W, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said NE %, NE 'a;
thence along the North line of said NE ;i, NE ;a,
N87 °24126" West 330.18 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence S02 008102" West 504.57 feet to a
point on the North right -of -way line of Chenal
Parkway; thence along said right -of -way line the
following three (3) bearings and distances: 1)
N72 009158" West 189.39 feet; 2) N81 °42158" West
151.34 feet; 3) N74 °03152" West 59.43 feet; thence
NO2 008102" East 558.08 feet; thence S87 056107"
East 390.50 feet; thence S02 008102" West 135.62
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.326
acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Chenal Acura (Long -Form PD-C) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof. �ifl 4
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
