AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF RIGHT -OF-
WAY DEDICATION AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
WALGREENS LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF UNIVERSITY AND ASHER AVENUES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring right -of -way dedication
and boundary street improvements to Master Street Plan standards, be
waived. Specific street improvement waiver is for grade separation at the
corner of University and Asher Avenues, beyond principal arterial
improvements. Specific right -of -way waiver is for additional right -of -way
beyond principal arterial right -of -way needed to construct grade separated
interchange.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
