AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED STARMAX -
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z -6699) LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RAHLING ROAD AND
CHAMPLIN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -1 to PCD.
Part of the NE 14, NE 4, Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Commencing at the SW corner of said
NE 24, NE 44; thence N01 °48138" East, along the West
line of said NE -4, NE 'a, a distance of 586.42 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way line of Rahling
Road; thence N65 012107" East, along said South
right -of -way line a distance of 302.14 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence N65 012107" East, and
continuing along said South right -of -way line, a
distance of 300.00 feet to a point; thence
S24 °47153" East, a distance of 305.00 feet to a
point; thence S65 012107" West, a distance of 303.33
feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of
Champlin Drive; thence N24 010'19" West, along said
East right -of -way line, a distance of 305.02 feet to
the Point of Beginning. Containing 92,007 square
feet or 2.11 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Starmax (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and

designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. ®�
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
