AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BRIARWOOD
ANIMAL HOSPITAL, LOCATED AT 8422 KANIS
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City
of Little Rock, for 8422 Kanis Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -281 be deferred. Specific deferral is for
Kanis Road minor arterial street improvements including sidewalk.
Deferral is for 5 years or until adjacent development, whichever occurs
first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
