AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
13,911, REVOKING A "PD" DISTRICT
TITLED SHERMAN OAKS PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT, RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES. (Z -6680, 500 BLOCK OF

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13,911 was passed on November
18, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
of Block 15, Pope's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas from "HR" High Density Residential to "PD" Planned
Development and established Sherman Oaks Planned
Development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property has requested that
the zone classification of the property be changed to "GB"
General Business; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has
recommended that Sherman Oaks Planned Development be
revoked and the property reclassified "GB" General
Business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 13, 911 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 13,911 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PD classification of Block 15,
Pope's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is
revoked and the former HR classification is restored on the
official zoning map.

SECTION 4. That the zone classification of the
property described as Block 15, Pope's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas be and is hereby changed from "HR"
High Density Residential to "GB" General Business District.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the 3 86
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the changes provided for in Sections 3 and 4
hereof.
SECTION 6. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
