DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -
OF-WAY REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 19, ENSOWS
SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 4323 WEST 21TH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for
a deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan
for the City of Little Rock, for Lot 19, Ensor's Subdivision, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way
dedication per the Master Street Plan, be deferred. Specific
waiver is for 20 foot radial right -of -way dedication at
comer of West 29h and Peyton Streets.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
