ORDINANCE NO. 18,021
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE 3 66
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6649 - Described as Lots 6, 17, 18 and 19,
Ensor's Subdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 3 Riffel and Holder's Addition, to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and a strip of land formerly platted as an
alley, closed by Ordinance No. 10,952 described
as beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 19,
Ensor's Subdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 3, Riffel and Holder's Addition, to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
thence South 10 feet, thence East 100 feet,
thence North 10 feet, thence West 100 feet to
the point of beginning: From "i -2" Light
Industrial to "C -3" General Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
