8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
9 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 SECTION 1. Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 17,767 (July 7, 1998) is hereby amended to
11 read as follows:
12 SECTION 1. Part of Tract 8, Hillvale Subdivision, located in the NE'/4
13 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
