18016i� r r rr r r • 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18,016 uJn r 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DISTRICT - OFFICE TITLED MCHENRY - SHORT - FORM PD-0 (Z -6642) LOCATED AT 8210 HENDERSON ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from AF to PD -O. Part of the NE 4, SE 4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -14 -W; thence N00 °59' East for 2,421.59 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N89 047' West for 397.47 feet; thence N00 059' East for 218.20 feet; thence S89 047' East for 397.47 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 35; thence S00 °59' West along the said East line for 218.20 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 2.00 acres more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for McHenry (Short -Form PD -O) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4.
