AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION AND BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BAILEY POD (Z -6640)
LOCATED AT 1723 NORTH UNIVERSITY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock for Bailey POD located at 1723 N. University as follows:
Subsection a. Section 31 -373, requiring developers to provide one-
half of the required principal arterial right -of -way dedication and
street improvements for University Avenue and Cantrell Road be
deferred until redevelopment of site. Specific deferral is for right -of-
way on Cantrell and University beyond dedication to 30 feet on
Cantrell Road and 27 feet on University Avenue and improvements
of corner radius and 5 foot sidewalk on University Avenue.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
