AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR
ANNUNCIATION GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH LOCATED AT
1100 NAPA VALLEY DRIVE (Z- 3892 -A).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide a
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock, for Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, as follows:
Subsection a. Section 31 -210, requiring developer to provide
one -half of the required minor arterial street improvements for
north half of Napa Valley Drive and one -half of commercial street
improvements for Ridgehaven Road, is waived. Specific waiver
is for north half of Napa Valley along property to Ridgehaven
Road, and street improvements to commercial standards for
Ridgehaven Road west of east driveway, conditioned on no
additional access.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
