AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR RAINEY
ELECTRONICS LOCATED AT 19023 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Rainey Electronics located at 19023 Colonel Glenn Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required minor arterial street improvements for Colonel Glenn Road be deferred for a
period of five (5) years, Phase II, or until abutting street improvements are constructed,
whichever occurs first. Specific deferral is for pavement widening to 29.5 feet from
centerline including sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
