AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN (15,519) FOR SCOTT HAMILTON ROAD FROM
65TH STREET TO BASELINE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan, Section 4: Functional Classification of Street
System, Arterials -Minor sub - section, is changed to add the following footnote to Scott
Hamilton Road from 65h Street to Baseline Road: "Right -of -way 70 feet with 4 lane section,
5 lanes with 80 feet of right -of -way at major intersections .
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
