ORDINANCE NO 17,985
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR OAKS
OF CHENAL PD -R (Z- 5588 -C).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for Oaks of
Chenal PD -R, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -207 requiring private streets to be constructed to same
standard as public streets be waived. Specific waiver includes easement width,
pavement width, centerline radii, and sidewalks for Falata Circle and Quercus Circle
and Alba Lane located within Planned Development Residential Subdivision of Oaks
of Chenal.
Subsection b. This waiver will exist as long as streets remain private. If petitioned
become public streets, sidewalks shall be constructed on all streets, listed in
Subsection a. at expense of Property Association.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
