17975r r r r� r ■� r r r r r r r ORDINANCE NO. 17,975 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR GILL STREET SUBDIVISION (S -1230) LOCATED AT 301 GILL STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Gill Street Subdivision located at 301 Gill Street as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide required street improvements for Gill Street Subdivision be deferred for a period of two (2) years or until Lot 2 development, whichever occurs first. Specific deferral is for pavement widening to 31 feet with sidewalk for Lot 2 frontage. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
