ORDINANCE NO. 17,963
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 36 OF
THE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO MODIFY LANGUAGE WITHIN
SECTION 36 -67 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
REVISING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD
OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Chapter 36, Section 36 -67(a) of the Little
Rock Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 36 -67. Members.
(a) The board of zoning adjustment shall
consist of five (5) members who are appointed by
the city board of directors. One (1) member of
the board shall be an architect /planner, one (1)
member of the board shall be a civil engineer,
one (1) member of the board shall be a member of
the Little Rock Real Estate Board, and two (2)
members of the board shall be from the citizenry
at large. The term of office for the members of
the board shall be for three (3) years.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
