17918ORDINANCE NO. 17,918 28 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY SPACING FROM PROPERTY LINE REQUIREMENTS FOR SILVERWOOD CORPORATION LOCATED AT BROWN AND WEST 32ND STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for Silverwood Corporation, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 30- 43(2)c. requiring commercial driveway width to be located a minimum 25 feet from property line be waived. Specific waiver is for driveway on West 32 "d to be spaced 13 feet from property line. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
