AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
nroverty be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6567 - Described as a part of the SE % NE 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W and part of the SW %
NW %, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: From a point on the South bank of
Fourche Creek where the East line of said SW V4
NW %, Section 19 intersects the said South bank;
thence S88 008' west for 803.2 feet to a point on
the said South bank of Fourche Creek and the
point of beginning; thence continuing along the
said South bank of Fourche Creek the following:
N68 047113" West for 205.01 feet; N64058107" West
for 266.7 feet; S87 020123" West for 124.5 feet;
S69 026135" west for 169.6 feet; 562051111" West
for 231.4 feet; S43 030156" West for 253.1 feet;

for 143.6 feet to an iron pin on the East right -

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
