AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF*THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4463 -A - Described as a tract of land located
in the East 'A of the NW 'A, NE 'A, Section 2, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the A. C. Jacobi
property, turn North and measure a distance of
132.0 feet; thence turn East and measure a
distance of 172.75 feet; thence turn South and
measure a distance of 132.0 feet; thence turn
West and measure along the North side of West
Markham Street a distance of 172.75 feet to the
point of beginning: From 11C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial to "C -3" General Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
