AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAVIER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND DRIVEWAY RELOCATION
REQUIREMENTS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
BETHEL PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH (Z- 6114 -A)
LOCATED AT 10912 CHICOT ROAD, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: I
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Bethel Primitive Baptist Church located on 10912 Chicot, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring completion of principal arterial
street improvements to Chicot Road be waived, excluding cost for sidewalk
construction.
Subsection b. That driveway relocation requirements, associated with
Conditional Use Permit, be waived.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
