AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
DRIVEWAY SPACING PROVISIONS FOR BANK OF
LITTLE ROCK LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD AND
NEWTON STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
from certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock for Bank of Little Rock located at the northeast corner of Kavanaugh and Newton Street.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, requiring 300 feet spacing of commercial
driveways be waived to allow two driveways on Newton Street spaced 100 feet apart.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
